1. Introduction & Scope

Balaji Krafts & Tutorials operates academic tuition programs for CBSE and ICSE students (Class 1 to 12) from our study center in Raghuvanahalli, Kanakapura Road, Bangalore, as well as the digital learning portal and its connected services. This Privacy Policy details how student and guardian records are collected, handled, and safeguarded.

2. Information We Collect

We collect essential academic and administrative information during student onboarding, including:

• Student Name, Class/Grade, School affiliation, and academic syllabus (CBSE/ICSE).
• Parent/Guardian Contact Details (Email address, WhatsApp phone number, billing information).
• Portal Authentication Data (Login credentials, session tokens, lesson completion timestamps).
• Fee Confirmation Records (UPI transaction reference IDs and payment receipt submissions).

3. Purpose of Processing

The collected information is strictly utilized to:

• Deliver offline classroom coaching and chapter-wise study materials.
• Authenticate authorized student access to our backup worksheet repository.
• Provide regular academic progress updates to parents via WhatsApp and phone.
• Facilitate direct teacher-student doubt resolution sessions.

4. Document Security & Dynamic Watermarking

All proprietary worksheets, chapter review notes, and test papers viewed or printed via our portal are dynamically stamped with the student’s registered name, email address, and active access timestamp. This measure protects our copyrighted pedagogical material from unauthorized distribution while assuring personal accountability.

5. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade student or parent information to third parties, advertisers, or marketing agencies. Information is disclosed solely where required by educational service delivery (e.g., transactional SMS/WhatsApp gateways or direct UPI banking validation).
